About Us

The North Dakota Studies program is part of the Audience Engagement and Museums division of the State Historical Society of North Dakota. The division provides communications and educational outreach by interpreting the collections and works of the Society for the public. It is also responsible for public programs for adults and children, field services, publications, volunteer programs, and North Dakota Studies. Each year, the AEM staff brings North Dakota history to life for thousands of people.
